Service Scope

LimitBreaker provides personalized training recommendations, workout plans, RPE feedback, pain reporting, and progress tracking.

LimitBreaker is not a medical app and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice. Use all recommendations at your own risk and consult a licensed healthcare professional when needed.

Subscriptions

LimitBreaker offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ('LimitBreaker Premium'). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued.

App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system are governed by Apple's standard terms in addition to these terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. To cancel or manage an App Store subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device — in-app cancellation is not available for App Store subscribers. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against subscribers who acquired the app from the App Store.

Refunds

No refunds after subscription start, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law and applicable RAKEZ regulations.
