Account data (email), profile data, workout history, RPE and pain feedback, device info, and usage analytics.

To deliver personalized plans, track progress, process subscriptions, provide support, and maintain security and app performance.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers including Stripe (web payments), Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS in-app subscriptions), and standard analytics. Some providers may process data internationally.

Apple App Store (iOS)

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your payment and shares only a server-side subscription identifier (original transaction id) and renewal status with us. We do not receive your Apple ID, payment method, or full purchase details. Apple's own Privacy Policy applies to data Apple collects: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the EU, US, or other regions where our service providers operate.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention is required.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
